Founded in 1670, Old Swinford Hospital is a school for boys aged between 11 and 18 years, offering high standard education with small classes, dedicated teachers and staff involved in the welfare of students, school is the most efficient in the region. Old Swinford Hospital in Stourbridge is a town in the West Midlands known for glass production, which started in year 1600. The town is 54 km from the international airport of Birmingham.
In addition to academic preparation, students have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities: from art, drama, design, Archery, Cooking etc., plus sports activities. Also at Old Swinford Hospital there so called “Advent Week” last week before summer vacation, when students embark on a one week in different places. So far, students have been in Europe, in the south of France and the Bay of Naples, reaching Uganda, Namibia and West Indies.
In the UK, adventures include trips, RAF (Royal Air Force), Army bases, camps, surfing, each balancing fun with developing leadership skills and teamwork, confidence and accountability.
