Londonderry’s Michael Fairbrother, initially affirmed to deliver and offer mead from his home, now works out of a business on Londonderry Road. Mead, the most established known mixed drink, goes back to around 7000 BC. It is a nectar based wine, and originates before grape-based wines. Fairbrother’s business is called Moonlight Meadery LLC. These interesting wines are produced using nectar, water and yeast; some additionally have natural product or zest included.
