Returns
In the event you need to return your order to Futura Direct Ltd, please contact our customer service team.

Any item must be returned in its original packaging complete with the original contents.
A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be included.
If the item is faulty Futura Direct Ltd will cover the collection cost and arrange the collection with you.
If the item is to be returned due to a ‘change of mind’ you must arrange the return of the item yourself, However our customer service team can help recommend low cost carrier options.

Refunds
All refunds are processed once recite the returned good arrive back to our distribution centre and are checked. Please note a refund can take upto 10 days to arrive back to your account or credit card, this depends on the processing time of your bank.
